- Notes: This is a 90 min blissful experience that attendees just soak in. It will include music and sound—tones and frequencies to create deep relaxation. You will leave with what I like to call “Restful Alertness”. It involves a chakra clearing and attunement, even some spiritual poetry from the Western tradition. As you may know, I usually perform on over a dozen sound healing instruments…. gongs, singing bowls and many more. You will literally get as cozy as possible (laying on yoga mats or bolsters covered in blankets). Some choose to sit too, so that is an option. You can bring your own yoga mat and blanket if you wish but Creative Therapeutics also has a number of blankets, mats and bolsters. 6:30 PM – 8 PM
